We’re making progress!  Here is the first tangible piece coming out of the meeting held a couple of weeks ago.  I’ve spoken with both of you so this isn’t new information but I wanted you to know we’re moving forward.  Attached is a copy of the “No Heat” placard that will now be placed on buildings that have had a disruption in their heat (mid-season breaks).  Owners have 24 hours to provide an approved heat source to individual units.  If they don’t comply a citation will be issued.  They have three days to fix the heat system.  If that does not happen, the condemnation process will begin and another citation will be issued.
